The attention to detail continues also with the gastronomic proposal. The resort has two fully equipped bars, one on the beach and one in the pool, where you can enjoy fresh tropical juices (Tanzania is a huge orchard that produces a large variety of juicy and sweet fruit), soft drinks and international cocktails. The restaurant, pride of the resort, boasts the presence of an Italian chef who offers a la carte menu with fusion cooking thus alternating imaginative and thematic dishes and using seafood such as octopus, squid, crab claws, shrimp and many varieties of fish such as raspberries, snappers, groupers, tuna etc.
The menu includes a selection of dishes dedicated to those who prefer vegetarian cuisine, designed to satisfy any palate or lifestyle. Every two weeks the chef will propose a different menu, including a special dish for each menu item depending on the catch of the day.
